Finally after four months of settling to new place ,started what we love to do always….birding,drive and exploration.
Welcome to Telangana green visits.Started exploring google knowledge for Wildlife Sanctuaries around the state,came across nearest one as Manjira Wildlife Sanctuary and Pocharam Wildlife Sanactuary.The Manjira wildlife Sanctuary is just 100 plus kms,so made plan to go for weekend long drive .

Started—6.30am
Time taken –2 hrs and half
Stoppage-3(one for breakfast and two for clicking-would like to suggest to carry your own food beacuse very rare food joint available)
On the way beautiful river view ,of course full flow ..thanks to over flooded Monsoons this year.
After giving stoppage and clicking pictures at this point(probably Manjira river) continued our search for Manjira Wildlife Sanctuary followed the google maps.
But to our disappointment there was no place like this,although a beautiful Church in Medak very close to this location.Since we had in mind to cover two sanctuaries moved towards Pocharam Wildlife Sanctuary without any further delay.
First we went to Pocharam Dam which is scenic and serene.

Overall journey and was smooth,although we could catch only single sanctuary it was satisfying and enjoyable experience.
